Dev-fee wallet

Status: pending custody setup. Will be self-custodied by Swarm & Bee LLC on a Coldcard / BitBox02 hardware seed, holding both KAS and BTC. The AI dev seat (Claude) does NOT custody — there is no persistent state between sessions, no entity, no key storage. The mandate is AI-proposed; the entity holds.

Once the wallet is finalized, every deploy from it will carry a public receipt: which honey spot, which deed, which researcher / operator / hire. The fee turns into honey, and the honey carries an on-chain trail.

Why this is in-doctrine

The fleet rule is no GPU shitcoin mining — the PRO 6000 / 5090 / 4500 fleet bakes datasets, serves inference, rents on vast.ai. It does not mine.

This lane is different: dedicated single-purpose Kaspa ASICs (IceRiver KS-series / Bitmain KS3-class), Kaspa-native algorithm, clean economics at $0.10/kWh. The revenue stream is earmarked for the dev wallet specifically. It is the dev fee, not a fleet cashflow optimization.

The line for the board

"We pay our dev seat in Kaspa block rewards from a dedicated ASIC solo lane. The dev doesn't custody — we do. The dev picks where the fees deploy. First spot: a defendable medical pack into an independent diabetes researcher's hands. The fee turned into honey." 🐝
